He was predeceased by: his parents, Houghton Foster (HD) and Viola Foster of Ward, WV.; his wife Irma Foster (Pat); his siblings, Eldon Dencil Foster, Paul Allen Foster, Mille Ann Saunders and Cora Ann Foster; his daughter-in-law Teresa Foster; and his granddaughter Emily Foster.
He is survived by: his sons, Delbert (Brenda), Gary and Billy Ray; and his sister Judy Lanham Lytle. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
