He was predeceased by: his grandchildren, Christina Faye and Corey Allen Balser. He is survived by: his wife Norma Jean Balser; and his sons, Eugene Balser (Ramona) of Pond Gap, James Balser (Joan) of Pond Gap, Wayne Balser (Melissa) of Pond Gap, Robert Lee Balser (Tammy), Rick Balser (Scarlet) of Mammoth and Danny Balser (Margie) of Hugheston. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 28 great grandchildren, 2 great-great grandchildren and 2 on the way, 2 brothers and 7 sisters.
