He was predeceased by: his parents, Jake Pack and Helen Pack; and his siblings, Frank Pack, Helen Strakal, Mary Strakal and Jenny Pack.
He is survived by: his wife Clara; his children, Joyce Kinsley (Doug) and Jack Pack, Jr. (Billie); his sister Anne Ware of Merritt Island, FL; and his grandsons, Jack J., Clinton Pack, Eric, Wes and Nathan Kinsley. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
