She was predeceased by: her parents, Lonnie Spicer and Tessie Floyd Spicer; her close friend Ernest Elli; her grandchildren, Jeremy Cosner and Mya Brown; and her siblings, Delbert, Jack Spicer, Edna Yerkovich, Ivalou Moyers and Judy Jones.
She is survived by: her children, Edna Brown (David), Richard Cosner (Robin) of McCurdysville, WV, Keith Conser (Darlene) of Pisgah, WV and Cathy Coleman (Bill) of Altoona, PA; and her grandchildren, Haley (Matt), Laciey (Chaz), Trevor, Sean, Jennifer, Richard, Brittany and Shane. She is also survived by her numerous extended family and adopted grandchildren.
