She was predeceased by: her parents, Glenn Norman Barr and Edra Grace Eddy Barr; and her siblings, Richard Barr and Ellen Wright. She is survived by: her husband Jesse S. Price, Jr.; and her children, Jesse S. Price III of Cassville and Melinda Shaffer of Blacksville. She is also survived by several brothers and sisters; thirteen grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
