He was predeceased by: his parents, William Marks and Gladys Lawler Marks; and his siblings, Anabelle Riffle and Billy Marks of Georgia. He is survived by: his wife Donna Keener Marks; his children, Tina Harman of Pursglove, WV, John Marks of Pursglove, WV and Phillip Marks of Cabin Creek, WV; his brothers, Roger Marks of Florida and Jack Marks of Cassville; and his brothers-in-law, Moke, Joe, Rick Keener and James Brown. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and his great friends.
