She was predeceased by: her parents, Blair Hart and Lela Evans Hart; her husband Randy Britt; her siblings, Robert L. "Bob" Hart and Betty Jo Hart Skidmore; and her brothers-in-law, Kenneth "Kenny" Skidmore and Bill D. Varner.
She is survived by: her children, William Robert "Roby" Teter, Jr. (Tera) of Montrose, Norman "Allan" Teter (Tonya) of Beverly and Juanita "Renee" Teter-Heckel; her siblings, George M. Hart (Pat) of Las Vegas, NV and Martha "Jean" Hart Varner of Beverly; her sister-in-law Martha Hart of Beverly; her grandchildren, Ryan, Linlee, Haley, Mason, Kyle and Johnny; and her great grandchildren, Cayson, Asher, Cambrie, Shia Zane, Ella, Max and Roman.
Grace had been a member of the Classic Cruiser Car Club in Bladen County, NC and Relay for Life for the North Carolina Cancer Foundation.
