With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Howard Ralph Evans Jr. of Capon Bridge, West Virginia, who passed away on April 30, 2022 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard R. Evans, Sr. and Nellie Evans Osbourne; and his brothers, William McKinley Evans, Ronnie Evans and David Osbourn.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Marie Evans (Hichborn); his children, Howard R. Evans, III, Jesse T. Evans (Taylor), Sheila Garrett, Tammy Marie Karl and Herron; and his stepdaughters, Lucinda Fisher (Brian), Jo-Ellen Hawes and Katherine Andrews (Donnie).
