Alter (Capon Bridge, West Virginia), born in Martinsburg, West Virginia, who passed away on February 27, 2023, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Benner, Jr. and Sylvia Jean Aikens Benner. She is survived by: her husband David Alter; her daughter Missy; and her sisters, Debra Jean Palmer (Gary) and Brenda Sue Christian (J. P.). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
