With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Berra David Spicer of Capon Bridge, West Virginia, who passed away on March 12, 2022 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Harlan Spicer and Ruby Spicer; his wife Deborah Combs Spicer; his children, Tonya Voit and Philip Spicer; his siblings, Shirley Ray "Buster" Spicer, Joy Spicer and Hilda Harker; and his grandson Greyson Hartman.
