He is survived by: his wife Nancy "Kay" Sirbaugh (Wolford); and his children, Glenn Sirbaugh of Capon Bridge, WV, Tammy Roomsburg of Capon Bridge and Lisa Smith of Winchester, VA. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
