He is survived by: his wife Chris Cordle Ballard; his daughters, Heather Ballard, Brook Massey (Brian), Leslie Roddy (David) and Devon Neese (Christopher); his grandchildren, Jacob Roddy, Chloe Roddy, Lexy Roddy, Chase Roddy, David Roddy, Charlie Roddy, Eli Roddy, Scarlet Roddy and Baby Roddy; his nephew Todd Workman; and his siblings, Donald Ballard (Bethel) of Fayetteville and Phyllis Persinger. He is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces.
