With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Betty Ann Morris of Cannelton, West Virginia, born in Summersville, West Virginia, who passed away on January 31, 2023 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Homer Owen White and Caroline Sue McKinney; her husband James Lewis Morris of Cannelton; her siblings, James Walter McKinney, Sr., Charles Junior White and Sylvia Jean Hughes; and her granddaughter Calleigh Grace Miller.
She is survived by: her sisters, Hazel Marie Gray of Summersville and Anna Mae Dorsey of Summersville; her children, David Morris (Yolanda) of Centreville, Sandy Sobczak of Stephens City, Jennifer Miller of Martinsburg, Greg Morris of Manassas Park and Kim Morris of Manassas, Virginia; her grandchildren, Leslie, Victoria, Elizabeth, Nicole, Jacob, James, Mason and Alyssa; and her great grandchildren, Maddie, Lane and Rhett. She is also survived by her son, spending time with her family and researching her family.
