Virginia Mayor Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Virginia Mayor of Canaan Valley, West Virginia, who passed away on January 17, 2021, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest D. Hovatter and Mary E. Hovatter (Wilson); her siblings, Fern Robinson and James Hovatter; her husband George Mayor of Washington; and her children, Paula Annette and Donald.

She is survived by: her children, David Alan, Sheila, Roxanne and Robert Douglas.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canaan Valley Fire Dept. in honor of Virginia.
