He is survived by: his children, Veronica Addison (Norman) of Camp Creek, Michelle Trivett (Tim Martin) of Princeton, Sandra Trivett (Sam Ellison) of Lake Bottom, Matthew Trivett of Princeton and Josh Trivett of Princeton; his siblings, Evelyn Trivett, Sarabelle Trivett and Doug Trivett; and his grandchildren, Wesley Addison (Laura), Harvey Addison, Josh Addison, Brady Trivett, Timmy Phillips, Angela Phillips (Seth Lafferty), Drew Trivett, John Trivett (Kayla), Amber Fogarty, Angel Fogarty, Jonathan Thompson and Katie Trivett. He is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren.
