She was predeceased by: her parents, Bert Adkins and Gracie Dean Adkins; her husband Donald B. Jennings; and her siblings, Ruth Arlington, Glenna Farmer, Palmaneda Scott, Harper Adkins and Jay Garner Adkins.
She is survived by: her brothers, Bert Adkins, Jr. of Huntington, WV and Talmadge Adkins of Columbus, OH; and her close friend Bonnie O'Neal. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
