With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Betty Bridgeman of Camp Creek, West Virginia, born in Bluefield, Virginia, who passed away on October 9, 2020 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Weldon and Millie Agnes Smith Thompson; her husband Charles "Charlie" Arthur Bridgeman, Sr.; her son Joseph "Joe" Bridgeman; and her sister Shirley Moses.
She is survived by: her children, Charles "Boch" Arthur Bridgeman, Jr. (Sarah), Amy Lockhart and Beatrice "Babs" Bridgeman; and her daughter-in-law Kathy Bridgeman of Camp Creek. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the funeral home.
