She is survived by: her children, Derrik Carter (Kari) of Ashland, TN, Kala Howery Coburn (Chris) of Tazewell, VA, Serra Hottenstein of Monroe, MI, Katy Elkins, Leah Elkins of Griffithsville, WV and Alyuia Davis of Camp Creek, WV; her grandchildren, Liam Carter and Alaina Coburn; her parents, Kathy Sue Davis of Camp Creek, WV and Dennis Gene Elkins; and her brothers, Daniel Elkins (Liza) of Julian, WV and Andrew Elkins (Sara) of Griffithsville, WV..
