He is survived by: his wife Mary Jane Winters (Woodstuff); his children, Greg Winters and Lisa Winters of Naples, FL; and his stepchildren, Jeffrey Gilkey (Kathy) of Follansbee, WV, Lori Spencer (late Mike) of Wellsburg, WV, Lee Ann Klovanish (John) of Wellsburg, WV and Eric Kendzerski of Morgantown, WV. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
