She was predeceased by: her parents, Wylie Cecil and Nellie Gorby Cecil; her husband Fred Williams; and her siblings, Margie, Eve, Wilma, Thelma and Bud.
She is survived by: her son Darrell Williams (Violet) of Waynesburg; and her grandchildren, Stacy Teresa, Jeffrey, Denice and Johnna. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren some nieces and nephews and cousins.
