She was predeceased by: her parent Edwin Holmes; her husband Ray Robert Wiseman; her daughter Edwina Wiseman; her son-in-law Robert Rouse Jr.; and her brothers, Leon, Dean, Frank and Roger Holmes.
She is survived by: her parent Margaret Holmes; her children, William Wiseman (Rhonda) of Moundsville, W. V, Randy Wiseman (Patty) of Cameron, Penny Rouse of Wheeling, W. V and Matthew Wiseman of Cameron; her sisters, Cora Wright (Chuck) of Moundsville and Phyllis Clark of Blaine, Ohio; her grandchildren, Tasha Wiseman of Moundsville, Tabitha Norris (Brandon) of Wheeling, Margaret Wiseman and Tyler Rouse; and her great grandchildren, Chylie Norris and Cooper Norris. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
