She was predeceased by: her parents, David Matthew Hitt and Helen Hitt (Clem); her husband Gene Holt Sr.; her children, David Holt, Brenda Holt and Terry Lee Schmess; her granddaughter Brittany Elaine Holt; and her siblings, William F. Hitt, David M. Hitt and Florence M. Hosey.
She is survived by: her children, Gene Holt Jr. of Moundsville, WV, Richard A. Holt (Michal) of McMechen, Tim Holt of Moundsville, Mark S. Holt (Barbara) of War, WV, Hugh P. Holt (Barbara) of Ohio, Joyce M. Hall (Douglas) of West Union, OH and Nora Gaye Hill (Claude); and her close friend Margie Ulland. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
