He was predeceased by: his parents, John Henry Williams and Helen Blake Williams; and his siblings, Royal Williams, Loyal Williams, Harry Williams, Mary Palmer and Rose Wise.
He is survived by: his children, Jamie Williams of Cameron, Jennifer Britton of Hundred, Leslie Williams of New Martinsville and Christina Thomas of Hundred; and his siblings, Jerry Williams of Cameron, Lonnie Blake of New Martinsville, Joann Burley of Cameron, Judy Hall of Cameron and Doris Yeater of Florida.
