He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Earl Hart (Ben) and Mildred Lucile Hill Hart (Midge); and his wife Sandra Kay Hart (Sandy). He is survived by: his sons, Frank Hall (Tara), Jack Hart, Jr. (Kathy) and Tom Hart (Tiffany); his grandchildren, Ashley Smith, Ben Hart, Leah Hart, Kurt Hall and Shyanne Hall; and his great grandchildren, Chance David Smith, Emery Kay Smith and Ella Grace Smith.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Cameron High School Athletic Department or Cameron United Methodist Church.
