She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Thomas and Lizzie Williams Thomas; her husband John Frank Horner; her son Dale White; and her daughter-in-law Bonnie Nesselroad.
She is survived by: her son Fred E. Horner; and her sister Alma Pierce. She is also survived by six grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
