He is survived by: his wife Judy Morris Dobbs; his son Donnie Dobbs; his siblings, Maxine Dobbs and Lawrence Dobbs (Sharon) of Cameron, WV; and his granddaughters, Kelsey Dobbs of Texas and Jocelyn Dobbs of Huntington, WV. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
