She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Dougherty and Dorothy Beck Dougherty; and her sister Mary Seamon. She is survived by: her son Charles; and her siblings, Edie DeBolt, Shirley Dougherty, Bonnie Dougherty of Moundsvolle, W. V, Sue Dougherty of Cameron, W. V., Pete Dougherty of Cameron, W. V., Sondra Toland of Cameron, W. V., Tom Toland of Moundsville, W. V. and Chuck. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
