He was predeceased by: his parents, Wylie Cecil and Nellie Gorby Cecil; his wife Patricia Ann Cecil; his children, Casandra Cecil, Keith, Paul, Wylie and Craig Stephens; and his children-in-law, Vicky Cecil and David Harris.
He is survived by: his children, Mona Sue Harries, Kathy Morgan (Robert) and James Cecil (Georgia) of Cameron, W. V.; his sisters, Thelma Sherrich (Elsworth) of Glen Dale, W. V. and Mary Ruth Williams of Cameron, W. V.; and his grandchildren, Tanner, Tyler, Cassie, Cory, Kayla and Jessica (Danny). He is also survived by children and great-great grandchildren and some nieces, nephews and cousins.
