He is survived by: his sons, Timothy Dalton Rinehart of Weston and Matthew Lot Rinehart of Jane Lew; his siblings, Mike Hull of Camden and Lisa Hull of Roanoke; and the mother of his children Janet Rinehart (Ratliff). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
