He is survived by: his children, Pam Kemper of Weston, Dianna Jones (DP) of Nelson, VA and Doug Kemper of Camden; his grandchildren, Kyle Grose, Kayla Layne, Kara Grose, Julie Jones Aiken, Jennifer Jones Jackson, Samuel Jones, Christie Jones Patterson, Nate Kemper, Isaac Kemper and Emily Kemper; his siblings, Justine Rogers of Arnoldsburg, WV, Joanne Wiant of South Carolina and James Kemper of Weston; and also, Karen Hardman and Dawn Fraser.
