He was predeceased by: his parents, Doy Jennings Carder and Hazel Juanita Carder (Cox); his son Ronald Lynn Carder, Jr.; and his siblings, Mary Jo Jones and Richard Carder.
He is survived by: his wife Bernadine "Sue" Carder (Conrad) of Virginia; his children, Amanda Dawn Aman (John) of Jane Lew, Jeffrey Lee Carder of Camden and Wendy Kolb (Hunter) of Jane Lew; his stepson Robert Crites of Camden; his grandchildren, Kelsey Hall, Ryder Aman and Kayley Longwell (Tanner); his siblings, Lois Holden of Jane Lew, Don Carder of Camden, Jim Carder of Weston and Denny Carder (Rose) of Loveberry; and his close friends, Ronnie Donaldson and Junie Oldaker.
