It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Woofter of Camden, West Virginia, who passed away on July 25, 2020, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Bryan and Mary Riley Woofter; and also Eugene. He is survived by: his sister Maxine Offineer of Louisville, OH; his sons, J. Robert Woofter Jr. of Anchorage, AK and Barry M. Woofter of Tallahassee, FL; his grandchildren, Rebecca Woofter of Tallahassee, FL, Dahlia Dyer of Palmer, John R. Woofter (Bobby) of Boston, MA, Brett W. Woofter of Boston, MA and Hunter K. Woofter of Anchorage Alaska; his wife Ilse M. Woofter; and also, Lou Ann Mick, Paul and William. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
