She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Whitlatch and Rose Whitlatch; her daughter Roberta C. Lee; and her brother Bill Whitlatch. She is survived by: her sister Betty Swaney of Marietta, OH; her husband James F. Deems; her son James B. (Michelle) of Washington, WV; her grandchildren, Andrew (Maria) of Parkersburg, Tyler and Kyle Deems of Washington, WV; her son-in-law Jack Lee; her grandchildren-in-law, Adam Lee (Hanna) of Columbus, OH and Ryan Lee of Parkersburg; and her cousin Norma Jean Lemon. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
