She was predeceased by: her parents, Delbert Sayer and Audrey Sayer (Cramer); her sisters, Dellamae Straley and Jo-Etta Melton; and her grandson Timothy Kelley.
She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Stout; her children, Theresa Fisher of Elkins and Noah Matthew Kelley (Karen) of Weston; and her sister Marlene Harrison of Virginia. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 1 great-grandchild.
