He was predeceased by: his parent Orval Lee; his former wife Evelena Phillips; his daughter Debbie Phillips; and his siblings, Ruth, Paul, Don, Helen, Wayne and Timmy.
He is survived by: his parent Pauline Phillips (Arbogast); his wife Flora Wright-Phillips; his children, Donald Phillips (Jennifer) of Mt. Nebo, Randy Phillips (Susie) of Craigsville, Ralph Phillips of Camden-On, Donna Brown (Craig) of Glade Creek, Lisa Hanna of Fenwich, Johnna Phillips of Gilboa, James Wright (Tammy), Bobby Wright (Lisa) and Tom Wright (Emily); his grandchildren, Samantha, Donelle, Christopher, Jessica, Alisha, Ethan, Timmy, Tressa, Jacob, Jaden, Daniel, Rachel, Nicholas, Patrick, Taylor, Tanner, Madison, Sierra and Autumn; and his siblings, Floyd of Rainelle, Michael, Gladys, Connie and Mary.
