It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Opal Marie Williams of Caldwell, West Virginia, who passed away on February 12, 2025, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil J. Neil and Bernice Nutter Neil; her husband Ashby Williams; her daughters, Marcia Jo Williams and Debra Anders; her grandson Chris McFall; and her siblings, Betty Scholl and Cecil Neil Jr..
She is survived by: her children, Ashby Williams Jr., Keith Williams (Natoma), Karen "Suzie" Richardson (David), Sandra Hall (Timmy) and Libby Morgan (Wayne); and her grandchildren, Kevin Williams, Kendra Smith, Kimberly Weese, Christie Crump and K. W. Williams. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
