He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbert P. Chapman and Wanda Chapman; his wife Katherine C. Marden; and his son Michael Glen Chapman. He is survived by: his son Wilbert P. Chapman III (Cheryl) of Marietta, OH; his sister Sandy Sandy of Parkersburg; his grandchildren, Julia Binegar and Lexi Binegar; and his great grandchildren, Parker and Carter.
