Virginia Hazel Ball Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Virginia Hazel Ball of Cairo, West Virginia, born in Wheeling, West Virginia, who passed away on December 15, 2022 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Phillip Maxim and Hazel Lemon (Kerns) of Virginia; her husband Dallas Ray Ball; and her sister Ruth Gearhart. She is survived by: her children, Tavy Young (Todd) of Punta Gorda, FL and Anna Marie Wagner (Patrick) of Del Tona; her granddaughter Taylor Young; her great grandchild Dylan Penner; her sister Donna Casto; and her nieces, Ann Hammer (Rod), Chris Barnes (Steve), Melissa Cunningham (Del), Kim Henderson (Jason) and Hope Forsmann.

In lieu of flowers the family would like fruit trees, or donations to be made in Virginia's name to any Humane Society of their choosing.
