He was predeceased by: his mother Edith Elliott Clevenger. He is survived by: his wife Beverly Ann Elliott; his children, Joe Elliott (Lisa) of Williamstown, Scott Elliott of Cairo and Jennifer Cain (Ed) of Cairo; and his grandchildren, Taylor Stockner (Dylan), Zach Foster (Jenna), Connor Elliott (Chloe), Rilee Elliott, Annah Foster (Kyle Cole), Brynlee Elliott and Kayla Parsons (Chris). He is also survived by four Great-Grandchildren.
