Echard and Rae Nell Tomkus Echard of Cairo, WV.; his sister Kimberly Dawn Echard of Parkersburg, WV; his nephews, Rayne Echard of Sutton, WV and Joseph David Ray Simons of Cairo, WV; his friend Sara Eakle; his brother Christian Tomkus; his grandparents, Bill Dent, Phyllis Northcraft, Earl Echard and Goldie Toothman; and also Lakelynn Lee Eakle of Belpre, OH.
