It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Wratchford (Cabins, West Virginia), born in Washington, District of Columbia, who passed away on June 21, 2019, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Lester Kenneth Wratchford; her children, Leslie Wratchford of Cabins, Melissa Parks (Michael) of Gerrardstown, WV, Albert Giacalone (Debbie) of Fort Meyers, FL and Vince Giacalone of FortMyers, FL; and her sisters, Sandy Hottinger (Gordon) of Urbana, MD, Crystal Winkler (Daryl) of Wesminster, MD, Jenny Chaconas of Westminster, MD and June Willis. She was also cherished by 5 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
