He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert E. Flaugher and Betty Fern Flaugher (Lemmons). He is survived by: his sons, Joel (Kelley) of Liberty Township, Aaron (Jennifer) of Mt. Sterling and Joshua (Shelley) of Keyser, WV.; and his siblings, Mike Flaugher (April) of San Jose, CA and Maureen Flaugher of Indianapolis, IN. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, a bevy of close friends, and the neighborhood cats.
