She is survived by: her parents, Harvey W. Carr and Bernice Carr (Phares) of Maysville, WV.; her husband Bobby Glenn Whetzel; her sons, Eli Whetzel of Cabins and Hunter Whetzel (Ashley) of Cabins; her sister Libby Berg (Greg) of Maysville, WV; and her grandchildren, Sierra, Neil and Cora Whetzel. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Due to the current COVID-19 restrictions, and for the love and respect for Melissa, wearing of masks and social distancing will be required at the graveside service at all times.
