She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Benjamin Winegar and Velma Hammack Winegar (Winsboro); and her husband Robert William "Bill" VanFleet. She is survived by: her sister Mary Alice Oliver of Leonardtown, MD.. She is also survived by her four children, ten grandchildren, nine great grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Lahmansville Cemetery (6383 Patterson Creek Rd, Lahmansville, WV 26731).
