She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Mitchell Bell, Jr. and Mary Annie Bell (Alexander); her husband Rodger Orland Weese; and her brothers, Michael Bell and Phillip Bell.

She is survived by: her daughters, Rodnell Lee of Reedsville, WV, Mary Sheila Weese of Pigeon Forge, TN and Nina Nesselrodt of Moorefield, WV; her stepson Roger Weese of Abingdon, MD; her grandchildren, Timothy Shockey and Casandra Shockey; and her siblings, Elizabeth Sturgis of Cabins, WV, John Bell of Baltimore, MD, Patrick Bell of Baltimore, MD, Francis Bell of Portland, Lawence Bell of Lusby, MD and Edward Bell of Coral Springs, FL.. She is also survived by sixteen great grandchildren.
