She was predeceased by: her parents, Warner H. Hanlin and Freda Jane Hanlin (Likens); her husband Thomas M. Dawson; her grandson Rodney Dawson; her great grandchild Alex Dawson; her son-in-law Andy Taylor; and her siblings, Ernest, Mike, Elmer Hanlin, Kenneth Hanlin, Garland Hanlin, Lester Hanlin, Glenna Streets, Betty Cosner, Laura Shreve, Floe Jean Carter, Peg George and Pauline Reedy.
She is survived by: her children, Paul Dawson (Cathy) of Perkins, Thomas M. Dawson, Jr. (Marty) of Frederick, MD, Teresa Bernard (Martin) of Gilchrist, Debra Wall (Chris) of Augusta, WV, Sharon See (Mackie) of Durgon, WV and Cindy Taylor (Rodney) of Moorefield, WV; and her sister Evelyn Bosley of Martinsburg, WV.. She is also survived by twenty-one grandchildren; forty-nine great grandchildren and seven great-great grandchildren.
