He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Waldo Harper and Merle Sites (Bennett); and his children, Bobby Harper, Larry Harper, Waldo Harper and Carol Harper.
He is survived by: his children, Kenneth Harper, Judy Harper and Linda Harper; his half-sisters, Helene Hansen, Charlotte Layton and Louise Williams; and his aunt Shirley Flohr. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
