He was predeceased by: his parents, C. Keith Hill and Betty Jean Hill (Crider). He is survived by: his wife Tena Jeanette Hill (Crites); his children, Kayla Hacker (Randall) of Morgantown, WV, Taylor See (Colton Hardy) of Petersburg, WV, Coty Sites (Kari) of Upper Tract, WV and Tyler Sites of Petersburg, WV; and his brother Dennis Hill (Charlotte) of Moorefield, WV. He is also survived by 4 Grandchildren; a niece and nephew; and 3 great-nieces and nephews.
