She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Vance and Kate Mallow; and her husband Roland L. Turner. She is survived by: her daughter Kandy Turner of Chester, PA; her brothers, Dice Mallow (Carol) of Petersburg, WV and Roy Mallow (Judy) of Maysville, WV; and her pet Buddy. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews; two sisters-in-law.
