He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Cozart and Mabel Hileman Cozart; and his siblings, Barbara Jean Hawley, Jackie and Richard Cozart.
He is survived by: his wife Polly; his children, Paul Cozart and Karen Teter (Mike); his grandson Preston Teter; and his siblings, Ann McClain and Stanley Cozart. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews; all of his coworkers.
